Check-in at Kubastay begins at 2:00 PM, allowing our team enough time to thoroughly prepare your room. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on your departure day. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reception in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Yes, a delicious complimentary breakfast is included with all room bookings. Guests can enjoy a variety of continental and local options in our dining area every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to make arrangements.

We do! Kubastay offers airport pick-up and drop-off services for a smooth travel experience. This service can be arranged at the time of booking or by contacting our front desk. Charges apply depending on the distance and number of passengers. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival. For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, one night's stay may be charged. Changes to your booking (such as dates or room types) are subject to availability, so we encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
